What happens to my store if The Collective Synergy ever shuts down?
Your store doesn't go down with us. Every build can be handed over as an independent, standalone version of your storefront, along with all of your content, customer, and order data, so your business keeps running without us.
Do I own my brand and my customer data?
Yes. Your brand, your content, and your customer and order data belong to you under either payment option. We manage the underlying platform, much like any hosting provider would, but the business itself is yours.
How fast can I really go live?
Most stores launch within 7 to 14 days of the first call. The full breakdown is on our How It Works page.
Do you only work with clothing brands?
Not at all. We run stores for apparel, made-to-order goods, service bookings, accessories, wholesale, and food, six products, one system underneath all of them.
